This is a baking class for traditional baked sweets from New York on America’s east coast and the New England region of the northeast.
Maximum of 6 people per class in a relaxed and friendly environment. The recipes are in English. You may even be lucky enough to hear one of Hirano’s amusing episodes from her studies abroad!
After an explanation of the recipe you will make the cakes and can take home the finished product. Those who take classes for 2 years are able to attend Cheryl Jean’s Cooking Studio (Connecticut) to obtain a diploma. For those who would like to open their own cake shop or cooking school this is highly recommended.
